Our doula team wears many hats! Our sisterhood is compromised of trained chefs, a restaurateur, tea sommelier, herbalist and foodies. Cooking is another one of our many passions. We'd be more than happy to prepare nutritious meals for you and your family in the days after baby is born. You can choose from a 3 day plan, 5 day or 7 day plan. Depending on the package, items will be replenished and replaced with other delicious meals and snacks for your family to enjoy.
3 DAY PLAN
Day 1 delivery:

Freshly baked protein-rich pumpkin seed bread

1/2 dozen muffins

3 portioned frozen fruit + yogurt smoothie mix (makes 2 smoothies each)
