Postpartum Support

We're here to provide you with non-judgemental guidance as you and your family learn to care for and bond with your jewel child. Your postpartum doula will assist in the days and weeks following your baby’s birth until you feel ready and comfortable to do it on your own. Each family's needs are different, but our primary focus is to nurture the main nurturer. When babies are born the focus shifts to baby only, and sometimes source provider can feel lost in the shuffle. We're here to help with that.

VISIT BREAKDOWN—

120 min visits: Postpartum support includes:

Breastfeeding guidance
Diapering, bathing, daily routines
Assist you in learning your baby's language and cues
Balance between rest, time with new baby and time with older children
We can also provide light help around the house and care for your older children while you bond with your new baby, or get some rest.

We'll work together with you to figure what support systems suit you best. We recommend at least 3 days of postpartum support to help you settle in to your new routine with baby, or better yet, choose one of our discounted packages.
